RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• ​​At Atman Farms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

• Return Eligibility:

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
    Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.
    A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included with your return.
    Return Exceptions:

• Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on refrigerated items, such as pickles. We cannot accept returns on sale items or special orders.

Return Process:

• Contact our customer service team at atmanfarms24@gmail.com or by phone at +91-9582834210 to request a return authorization.
  Pack the item(s) securely in its original packaging.
  Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
  Ship the package to the following address:
  Atman Farms, Kachpura, Near Telephone Exchange, Mathura Road, Hathras, UP 204101

Return Shipping:

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

• Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.

• Please note:We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements.

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

• SHIPPING INFO

  • WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA  for all orders above ₹ 1199.

  • For orders below ₹ 1199, a delivery fee of ₹ 65 will be added. 

  • Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched and the tentative delivery time will be 5-7 working days from date of dispatched.
